"Ad was misleading. Address of the place was different than we booked. But, we were still satisfied as the place was still in a great location and met our expectations. This particular place had no windows. Very strange layout. Note - building does not have an elevator. Area near hotel was fantastic. Would book again."

"Room was clean and only problem was the thermostat kept going lower. The bartender, Nathaniel was wonderful as were the food and drinks in the first floor lounge. "

"The staff I encountered were very polite and things were fine. I did however observe how some staff treated other guests and I thought it was rather rude. I’m not certain of the cause but no matter, it was not good. There were pipes that leaked in the hallway. The wine and drinks were flowing which made up for the not so nice accommodations. The floors in my room needed a good cleaning and the bathroom was not the best. It worked for what we needed. One night stay before heading to cruise ship. I would have paid to help take my bags to the room. I was declined assistance. "

"There were a lot of things in the area which made walking doable. For example restaurants, street vendors, jewlery shops, etc. and even if some things weren’t you could always uber which didn’t cost much unless the place was 30+ min away. The only thing that is a down to this property is the fact that the street is right in front of your room so sleeping can be an issue if you’re a very light sleeper. The honking, yelling, and music did wake me up a few times but my stay was still great."
