"I stay here every couple months. I have only had one issue where the bartender misread a bar tab and put a $150+ charge on my room, mistakenly. Weekend dude was totally unprofessional and made me pay it, and settle during the week with management. They cleared the charge but could of done more in my eyes given how often I stay there. I no longer stay there 100% of the time, but I will always consider it. "

"We’ve been to Rochester many times but this was the first time we’ve stayed here. The hotel was perfect for us. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable plus this hotel was extremely quiet. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The only thing I would recommend would be taller toilets as they are a little low. From now on, this will be our “go-to” hotel when in Rochester. "
