"The room was clean, the restaurant was convenient and had great food. There is a 15 dollar a night parking fee just a heads up. The WiFi was pretty good too. Overall what I would expect from a Hyatt"

"Staff was super friendly and made the check in process so easy! Our shower was covered in hair when we got to our room but overall clean. You do have to pay for parking which we were bummed about but was very reasonable. Pool area was great! "

"The person who checked me in was very unfriendly - didn’t return my greeting, wouldn’t make eye contact or answer my questions, didn’t give me any information about the property - just thrust my keys at me and pointed to the elevator. Another guest had to show me how to use my key to get to my floor. There was no clock in the room at all, and the phone didn’t work. The room was clean but everything looks really cheap and the whole place looks like it was built in two weeks. I had to run a fan sound on my phone because you can hear every hiccup from the hall. It’s cheap compared to other hotels but there are reasons for that, I guess. "
