「While this is a nice building, etc... I had booked because there was a bar and restaurant on site. It was 4th of July weekend when I arrived. I was told breakfast would not be served due to the holiday. When I then asked if the restaurant was open for dinner, I was told it was not because the chef quit and was told there was a restaurant in the hotel next door. So my last question was if the bar would be open - which I was told "I think so" ... it was not open. No offer to make this right in any...

「The staff was very friendly...don't prefer no continental breakfast but knew when we booked it was not served unless pd for. Brought our own microwave breakfasts, but there is not one in the room so the one available was in the very front by the service desk where all the guest are leaving and entering. The microwave as well as the area were dirty both days. Asked housekeeping to clean it. Also the pool is nice but the chlorine was so strong in the pool area my eyes were burning and Iwe was just...

「If a luxurious experience is needed, look no further than this Hyatt. Nicely located downtown St. Paul with easy walking distance to many restaurants and events. Why only three stars though. Two major reasons…1) hotel restaurant is (as the receptionist states “simple bar food.it’s better to go to one of the local nearby restaurants.” On sight ‘Starbucks’ is the receptionist making you a coffee with Starbucks products.
