Very convenient to the airport. Clean and quiet. Great quality for the price, and a few stores right near by. Gas station, grocery store, and dollar store in the same intersection.

The outside of the property is a bit worn and landscaping needs work for better curb appeal. The room was spotless and I appreciated that. We did not go to the breakfast as the timing was early for us. The property is near eating and shopping and we enjoyed staying there

Unlike a couple other reviews, I was very pleased with this hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful, and English was good. The room were clean, blankets soft, bed very comfy and the hotel had a nice smell

Decent place to stay in the Rochester area. Close to the airport. Rooms were reasonably modern and well-maintained. Quiet room and firm bed. Even the breakfast was decent. Compared to other hotels in the area, this place seems like great value. We would definitely stay here again

The place needs some updating. The man checking us in didnt speak very good english. Location is very convenient and restaurants are very nearby. I wouldnt want to stay more than 1 or 2 nights but for the price it was fine for just the one night.

My check in/check out and stay was good. The hotel was quite, the price was good, the location was perfect and not far from where I needed to go/be throughout my stay. Only wish the hotel would have a better breakfast set up/better/more Breakfast choices otherwise I have no complaints about this hotel.

It is all carpeted. I prefer carpet in the halls and wood floors in my room, but all carpet was fine. They do not offer a hot breakfast, but they offer several cold items and items that can be heated, such as instant oatmeal and macaroni and cheese. A Casey's is RIGHT next door, which is very convenient for meals-to-go.

Worth the money & would stay again

The room was just enough. Like the big TV, microwave and fridge. Water pressure was great. Would like to see some conditioner for shower and liquid body wash. Would be great to have some egg breakfast options to at least heat in a microwave and not just cereal or toast.

Clean and inexpensive

This is a remodeled older hotel. The rooms are large and clean. It is well-run, and the staff is very helpful. We stay here because you can't beat the price. I would rather stay in an older hotel that is clean than a newer one that is not clean.

A Real Hidden Gem in Southern Minnesota

This America’s Stay Inn in Stewartville is a real hidden gem. Our room was spacious, beautiful and spotlessly clean. It is within walking distance to a Pizza Ranch restaurant which was also excellent. The motel’s breakfast left a bit to desired, as everything they served was sweetened, but we’d still stay here again anytime.

This place is great. It is very affordable and they do such a good job on keeping the property and the inside of their motel clean and up-to-date. I love the color schemes. They also run a taco truck. I guess you would say at certain times in the evening and they sell the best Indian food I have ever eaten in my life.
