Very clean, new property! Scott M. at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful to me, providing everything I needed to know to enjoy my stay while my hubby is at Mayo Hospital. Parking was a breeze and card key secured elevators were a welcome surprise. Room is extremely quiet on the 8th floor.

We were there for a weeklong visit to the Mayo Clinic. Therefore, we wanted something with options to cook some of own meals. Hyatt House fulfilled this need. Although the refrigerator is a bit small, it served its purpose. Equipment for cooking was a bit under supplied, but we made do. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay: wonderful staff, complimentary breakfast (mediocre), covered parking, and close to the Mayo Clinic! Will stay there again!
