LOVE this hotel. We stay every time we go to Mayo. It is out dated but SUPER CLEAN, a place you can tell employees take pride in. We always recognize staff even through the years. Everyone is always helpful and kind. Great breakfast as well. One huge perk too is it has access in the hotel to the subway system. Thanks Brentwood for another awesome stay, you never disappoint.

Everything about Brentwood was convenient. The evening desk clerk was friendly and very helpful. The parking was easy. With all the roads closed around Mayo, they allowed me to keep my vehicle in the ramp for hours past check-out. The staff cleaning the rooms was very helpful. As I stepped into the hall, I realized I had left my key inside. The man who was in the room across the hall saw it and was kind enough to open the door for me so I didn't need to go to the front desk. I would definitely stay there again. The room was very quiet, and there is a tunnel which takes you all across the Mayo campus without going outside.

A very comfortable stay!

The parking area was safe, open, lit up. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was really clean and had everything we needed. It was very quiet in our room during our stay. The temp was perfect upon arrival and windows could be opened and air conditioner was there if needed, remote included! I would not hesitate to stay at Brentwood Inn & Suites again.

It was great for what we needed it for. It’s definitely an older/outdated building, but everything worked like it should and it seemed safe and clean. The staff was friendly and it was a short walking distance from the Mayo. Would stay here again for the price.

A little older …. Our room needed a little maintenance (bathroom wallpaper starting to sag) but room was clean! This hotel is convenient for Mayo appointments as it is attached to the Subway. The staff is helpful and responsive. We stay here for each visit.

The location cannot be beat, considering its accessibility to the Mayo clinic. The staff is very nice and helpful, and the hotel and rooms are clean and nicely equipped prioritizing function over fluff given most guests stay there while visiting the world renowned Mayo clinic. I highly recommend!
