「The room was filthy but the real issue came during the final night. From midnight to 3 am, I was constantly disturbed by loud noises outside my room. There was consistent walking, heavy crashing sounds as if someone was dropping something, and to top it off, around 2 am, a staff member began shoveling snow right outside my window. 「This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient. 」

「This was by far the most horrible dirty and awful customer service hotel we’ve ever had to stay at. EVERYTHING was filthy! They moved us to a second room and it was led filthy but stunk like stale dirty sheets. I pulled all the covers off the bed to make sure they were at least clean and the manager on duty ridiculed me. 「Very clean hotel, staff was very nice and accommodating. Store has items you would need if you can’t get to the store. The only down side is that there is no hot tub and the pool is pretty small. Luckily my kids were the only ones swimming during our stay so it went smooth. Over all I would recommend and I would definitely return.」

「Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. 」
