「The room was clean, but there was only 1 ice maker in the building working. This screams they are struggling financially. The desk clerk was surly. They also told me twice about a “staff shortage today”, which encouraged the belief in financial issues. The internet was insufficient to open websites on my phone. I had to sit by the window to use my phone! I ask for extra towels TWICE in 1 day & never got any. I dried off with a hand towel this morning. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Too many...

「Pool could use a good cleaning.」

「The location of the property was great. Right on main street. But other than that, the property was run down and dirty. The carpets in the hallway and bedrooms were dirty. The entryway to the hotel had the same dirt and leaves the day we checked in and out. We had to go down to lobby to request clean towels. The mattresses on the beds were old and thin. So sad with the location - easy walk to shops and restaurants.」

「The hotel was an excellent experience for my family. The lobby was beautiful and the staff welcoming. My kids loved the pool and the two birds in the lobby.」

「Room was fine but family above us was noisy, stomping, jumping the whole time except from midnight-7 even after we called to notify the front desk. Hot tub closed just before we wanted to use it. Employees were not particularly helpful or friendly except at checkout. Buildings are old and walls/ceilings are thin. Air conditioning was so noisy that we turned it off so we could sleep. Food at the restaurant was good but not exceptional. Will stay somewhere else if we go to Lake Geneva again.」
