Our room was given to somebody else. The staff, especially Keisha, treated us horribly, yelling at us to leave the hotel because they did have anymore rooms. They provide any accommodations or recommendations on where to stay. We ended up having to stay an hour away missing our dinner reservation. This was an awful experience.

This appeared to be a newer hotel and, as such, everything was updated and in good condition. The front desk staff were welcoming..room was spacious and clean...breakfast was your average hotel breakfast. Loved the walk-in shower but having an adjustable shower head is useless when you place it 7 ft high where it is unreachable for most people. However, the one thing that spoiled our stay was the bed. A quality mattress was placed on a platform rather than a box spring, resulting in it being extremely uncomfortable...so much so that we cut our stay short.

We've been coming to this location for 3 years now and a lot has changed since the last time we were here. All new staff, the cleanliness of the hotel is lacking, you can tell that things are not being kept up like they used to. The lady at the front desk I believe her name is Jessica was very loud, calling everybody hun, love, sweetie. The clothing she was wearing was made more for going out to a club instead of working at a hotel. The free breakfast was excellent. The coffee was absolutely amazing. Parking was good. The inside of the hotel smelled good. Workout area was small but did the job. I don't know if we'll be coming back again.
