Staff was excellent! For the price the hotel fit my needs. Bed was comfortable. My room was situated on the back of the property so it was quiet. Would likely book the hotel again based on the cost.

The check-in went smoothly and the room was comfortable. This was the fifth hotel on a six night six city visit to Illinois. Of the five hotels, this and another Quality Inn (Choice Hotel) have proven to be a better choice for overall comfort, cleanliness, and state of repair.

Current reviews are accurate. Property is being upgraded. Our room was scuffed and patched. No screen in the window. Drape pulls lying on window sill. Did not use AC/heat/fan as air smelled stale when turned on. Shower shampoo missing cork, so it was sitting on the tub edge. Good mini waffles for breakfast. That was it. Coffee tasted like instant. Yogurt had sucralose (light & fit), no regular flavored yogurt. White bread and plain bagels. Pool looked nice, did not use or check for temperature or chlorine level. Very nice to have ocean views on tv in lobby and food room instead of loud news or other noisy distractions. Easy competent check in. Well lit parking area.

I was very very comfortable. Very clean and everyone was beyond polite. You can see that they are working hard on upgrading the hotel and are doing good job at it.

My room wasn't done. Plus check in asked about getting a handicapped room next time she said it was extra. Then no working POOL which is one reason I booked here. Hallways reeked of cigarettes. One elderly couple spilled orange juice and the lady and they made her feel so bad. Plus they took down breakfast at 8:30. It was only open till 9.

Check in was the most pleasant part. No elevator, not the worst thing but isn’t great. Room main light on entry, didn’t work. Bathroom stunk like bug chemicals, bathroom wall and tub unappealing, faucet on sink barely hanging on. Tub water temp wasn’t great. Hairdryer didn’t work. I had work at court in the morning and wasn’t great to have partially wet and installed hair. Bed was fine, lamps and two different lightbulbs so one was very bright and the other was very dim. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent experience.

This is possibly the best equiped service I have experienced so far! The rooms are immaculately done and the check in process was quick and thorough Hot. breakfast every morning and the staff is right there if you need anything. Excellent experience.

“It was a relaxing stay. Just what I needed. Thank you” Was my initial review. The next day I was kicked out because I have a documented ESA, who is a dog, border collie and thoroughly trained. Both owners Jay and Parth Patel confirmed I was being rejected because of my ESA. They told me at 10:40 am and expected me out at 11am. Parth proceeded to dial 911, he said to remove me and my ESA. I was able to get Parth to agree to 11:30am. Mind you the night prior Jay approved my ESA. The experience was the worst I have ever experienced seen or even heard of in my entire life. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. And don’t make the same mistake that I did by writing a review before your checkout. They will be hearing from my lawyer for breaking the law buyer beware!

The staff was very nice and moved me to A new room right away when I had a issue. I have to say the place is not the cleanest, but it was on the lower cost compared to the other options in Woodstock. Sadly Woodstock does not have any good hotel options. I haven’t decided if I would stay here again.

Staff is pleasant and location is near central Woodstock. The hotel room has tile and linoleum flooring. If you walk around barefoot, you can feel cleaning product residue under feet. There was a cobweb in the corner of my room on the ceiling. The shower head in my bathroom was calified. There is a restroom in the lobby. The paper towel dispenser was jammed. There was a towel hanging on the back of the door and two rags on the counter. This gave me the heebie jeebies.

The folks working were polite. First room had not hot water and very little pressure, this was no surprise to the staff. We did get another room. Outside the window was a ladder, large pieces of broken glass from a window and garbage that remained there throughout our stay. Pop machine was empty and the snack machine was near empty. Came back to the rooms the 2nd day and nothing was cleaned, no fresh towels and coffee cups not replaced. had to go to the desk and ask for them She did bring up two towels, no wash clothes or hand towels and apolagized since they were not hotel towels.

Pulling up to the property, it is extremely run down which is not how it was reflected 6 months ago when I made my reservation. They were clearly under renovations in most areas, breakfast was a joke, the pool closed, no way to go to the next level expect a tiny stair way. People clearly live there and were grilling outside and looked more homeless than anything and ended up coming up to my husband and bothering him and trying to look in our car which made us nervous to leave anything in our car thinking they might try to break into it. The room did what we needed in the need, had hot water,a comfy and what appeared clean bed, and working ac and tv - not that it blocked out the barking dog every morning though it worked but will not stay again or recommend, for the price it was not worth it.
