The gentleman at check-in and the young lady at check-out at noon were helpful and very professional. However, I cannot say the same think about the airport shuttle driver who picked me at the airport. He liked over-speeding and had no respect for road traffic signs. And the one who took me to O'Hare at noon was rude, impolite, and mean.

Room was completely spotless, beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The airport shuttle was less than desirable. The driver kept swerving over the line, driving into the other lane constantly. He was also watching his phone instead of the road.

We stayed over night at Holiday Express to catch an early flight the next morning. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff was responsive to our questions at check in. Convenient that it is close to airport.
