「Hot tub was broken Pool area was pretty gross there was lots of hair in the pool and around the pool area. You would literally catch hair in your hands when swimming and step on it when going back to your seat or when getting a towel. The breakfast was overpriced, the front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. When I checked in she gave me my room number and key and that was it. Did not explain amenities, did not explain breakfast, did not explain where anything including the elevator was located....

「Room smelled like cigarettes, pillows/towels smelled awful. Extractor in the bathroom didn’t work. The gentlemen in the front with the dark hair was extremely rude upon arrival. Book elsewhere, Police and EMS were there as well.」

「I’m sure after Reno is done it will be great. However while we were there,we come home and find our room open and belongs moved so our air could be removed and cleaned. Contacting us before would have been nice. Return back the next day and carpet in hall and molding being removed. Nails from molding and carpet tack sticking up in front of our door. For these rest of our stay we walked on dirty concrete floors. How considerate management could have been to offer a discount for the noise,...

「From internet ,it looks very classy hotel. But once I entered the premise,It is pretty old building from outside. It is very good from price point and proximity to Chicago Airport. You will get mix feeling after you enter. I am traditional Marriot customer ,so that could be the case.」
