「The Tv did not work. They were unable to fix the air conditioner problem, which means the air conditioner ran all day and they were unable to turn it off, which could have caused a fire hazard the refrigerator never did work all my food went bad. I came here to be comfortable and never was comfortable at all.」

「Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations. The staff was kind, but didn't seem very engaged. The room had comfortable beds, but had a mildew-ish odor that just made it unpleasant. Everything was clean. There was a sign for a business center, but it turned out to be two computers in the lobby which was not conducive for a business zoom meeting that I had to participate in, so I left and went to a coffee shop. This hotel needs to be updated significantly.」

「Arrived and did not have towels, had to wait for laundry to be completed. Bed was essentially a cot with a beat up chair in the corner. Visible dust buildup on tops of walls. Saw many small black bugs throughout visit, then on last day saw multiple cockroaches. Front desk operated on limited hours and when they were there, did not acknowledge guests.」

「Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast. Undergoing some refurbishment but that wasn't intrusive. Plenty of parking. Have stayed here before and will again.」

「We had a wonderful stay. We had everything we needed in our room. The help was very polite and respectful. The breakfast was absolutely perfect! The hotel was very clean and parking was great. We will definitely be staying here again.」

「The property itself was horrible not clean smelled of cigarettes homeless man in parking lot peeing then he was in the lobby We left an hour after checking in Stains on sheets ceiling was cracked and collapsing. Ice machine was broken out of order AWFUL」

「Room was clean, breakfast was fine and staff were nice. The side door to the building had a non working lock so you could exit through that door, however you couldn't enter through that door and had to always use front door. There was no sign on the door that it didn't work so guests often tried to use it and then had to walk around to the front door. The indoor pool was frigid and felt like it either had a broken heater or the heater was turned down to a point that it wasn't usable. Our kids...

「Bathroom was dirty and bathtub as well. Bathtub had no stopper in it to take bath. Staff nice but always disappearing from desk. Telephone in room broken and could not call the desk. The is a nice kitchen but you need to ask the desk for all supples to use. They only have one cart to bring your luggage in with and it’s broken when I arrive. The elevator was broken for how much I paid. I don’t think it was worth it. Lots of the bed barely has any covers to keep you warm on it.」
