「Dirty sink and shower with wet towels in the shower. One entrance to the hotel. Other room entry/ exits were not accessible. My reservation was for a king size bed. I was given a room with 1 double bed only. A/C was not adjustable. Terrible! Staff was friendly.」

「The bed was terrible, the mattress was encased in thick plastic and with just a sheet over to cover it it was hot and sticky. The 3 pillows were flat as a pancake. The carpeting in the room was stained badly in multiple places. I didn't expect a 4 star experience but a little bit of carpet cleaner isn't too much to ask. The "breakfast" was tiny muffins, granola bars and oatmeal packets, underwhelming.」
