「Two thumbs up for a very quiet hotel stay with good (Starbucks) coffee available in the lobby in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. A tiny, indoor pool is perfect for smaller kids. Like a lot of hotels, this one is suffering from a lack of staff so the on-site bar and restaurant were closed during my stay. If that is important to you, call ahead to see if they will be open during your stay.」

「Rachel was amazing at the front desk. She was courteous and sweet. She was very accommodating. The grands had fun in the pool. The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We didnt have breakfast but the coffee was great. Will stay again when we are in the area. 」

「Overall, the Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago/Hoffman Estates is an excellent choice. My son & I were here to visit my sister at the nursing home nearby. This is my second stay and I have always had a good experience. The rooms are nice, clean beds, clean and roomy bathrooms, decor is modern, internet is good, the continental breakfast is filling and tasty and parking is a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone.」

「Stayed here for two nights,place is nice and clean,staffs are very friendly. Only problem is they don’t provide you free WiFi like other hotels, I been charged $9.95 for internet service which is I tried to sign up but wasn’t able to and never used」
