The room seemed clean on surface, then found old toothpaste marks dried on the bathroom countertop. The bathroom sink would not drain and the toilet only flushed once. The hotel windows face the freeway so it is very noisy at night. The building itself could use a little more lighting outside at night.

Clean room. Don't try to check in early, i waited 2 hours. As the man at the front said, they were sold out. But still, logic says that it wouldn't be hard for the cleaning staff to quickly clean a one bed room for me.

Dear Expedia/Woodspring suits Customer Service I’m writing to request a refund for our hotel stay booked through Expedia, starting July 18. We checked in but were forced to leave immediately due to unsafe, unsanitary conditions and false advertising. The pictures portrayed is not what you walk into. Upon arrival, the lobby had a strong chemical odor that worsened on our floor—like rotting food, and chemicals. Our room smelled even worse. The tile floors were sticky and wet, the fridge smelled terrible, and the window only opened half an inch. The hallway was just as bad, so we couldn’t ventilate the space. The shower wouldn’t drain and the toilet handle was broken, making the bathroom unusable. The front desk said the hotel was full and offered us a broken bottle of air freshener, telling us to fix the issues ourselves. Due to health concerns and the unlivable conditions, we couldn’t stay. No one was at the front desk when we tried to check out. That night, we called Expedia to report the issue and request a refund. We were told the hotel needed to approve it. We called the hotel twice—no help the first time, and the second time, they refused a refund. We had to find another hotel at our own expense. This room was clearly uninhabitable, and we are asking Expedia to step in and issue a full refund. We can provide documentation if needed. Thank you, Dates of Stay 7/18- 7-21 but left on the 18 after check in.

The property does not have anything within walking distance. It is way off the expressway and I would not recommend to my worst enemy after the way I was treated. In addition they still charged me for 2 nights I did not stay because they threw me out on Friday and charged me money instead of giving back my security deposit.

This place offered to use a lint roller to remove pubic hair from the sheets on a bed I NEVER slept in. Then they put me on a DNR for complaining & demanding new sheets.

Waited about 20 min for staff to show up to check in during normal business hours. Tv remote was missing & floors were sticky. This place is more intended for people looking to stay long term rather than a few days. No matter what time of day, hallways were filled with somekind of smell, I believe maybe cooked food but unsure as well as someone could be heard having loud or argumentative conversations in their own room.

Foul smell

I was impressed that the hotel had security separating the lobby to the guest rooms. What I wasn’t fond of was the other guest behaviors through the hallway , and how the room had a foul order.. The window had a stopper that only allowed you to open the window a couple inches creating it difficult to clear the air of the smell. We checked out early to find other accommodations more Suitable for our needs.

Smells like a skunk on fire. Beds are from a prison. This is not your ordinary hotel. This is a refuge for those in desperate need for a place to stay. If that’s where you are in life then proceed. If you have options, make this your last. Staff was very nice and helpful as they could be but don’t expect turndown service or towels. You will need a car. Office closes at 11~ish…sometimes. Bring candles, incense or some type of spray. Enjoy your stay.

Checking in was relatively easy, staff were nice, room was mostly clean, and overall decently dog friendly. However concrete would have been more comfortable than the bed in our room. Guests outside smoking within 2 ft of the door meant that you had to walk through a cloud to get inside, on top of just how loud everyone was there. We averaged 4 hours of sleep at night regardless of how long we laid in bed. It wasn’t restful and we won’t be returning
