"1 light in the room is broke, 1 outlet is broke, fridge is not cold, ice machine only produce limited ice, our room wasn’t ready at check in time, pool was close, lots of pit holes in the parking lot. Bad image for Double Tree standard! Very, very disappointed."

"The place was awful. You could hear the elevator motor and cables all day and night, kept us awake most of the night. There were ants in the bathroom. None of the ice machines in the building worked. No sugar for your coffee. But the worst was the noise the elevator made. They were aware of the issue because whe. I went to tell them about it they said oh thats just the elevator. This hotel isnt very clean and definitely need updated. Never again!!"
