Hoffman Estates 3 Stars Hotels

"when i was there, they left the toilet paper half used and the water wouldn’t drain so i was showering with cold water on my feet. when i reported it the next day, the front desk said they would do something about it but nothing was done. very disappointing "

"I had originally booked a large room with two queen beds and a pull out couch as my group had 5 people. After a long day of driving, we arrive to the hotel and walked in to an extremely crowded lobby. I believe there was some kind of conference going on, but rather than a designated room, many people were loud and crowded into the lobby. Upon checking in, they said they had no record of our booking, so they created a new booking and put us in a room with one queen bed and a couch. Upon asking the person at the front desk, we were told they had nothing else to offer us, they were fully booked. After further investigation, they admitted they did have record of our reservation, but they had overbooked the rooms, leaving us with an inadequate sized room for 5 people, and no good resolution. We ended up having to sleep two people on the floor as they also had no roll away beds. Overall it was a terrible experience that made our travel day so much more stressful. Staff were unhelpful."

"We had a problem checking in as our service person was very raw. It took 30 minutes which should have taken 5 minutes. I requested to have my room done both days and no request on file. Parking for 3 days cost $100.00. Way too much for the location of the hotel. Breakfast was great as usual."

"Great shuttle service! Awesome complimentary airport shuttle. Great place to crash for an overnight layover in Chicago. Family of 5. "

"It was just OK. Hotel needs updating. 2 elevators -- only one worked. Lots of waiting time at elevator. Very disappointing that they didn't keep the complimentary coffee and tea out all day like almost every single other hotel. Kitchen staff not the nicest. The breakfast was ok, except the fake eggs and the gross sausage patties."
