"The hotel was clean, and the room was clean. the complimentary breakfast was excellent! Also, when I requested a taxi cab to a local church after checkout, the service was prompt and I arrived at the church in time for the service!"

"The place was great, dated though. No extra pillows or blankets or couch pillows. Decor was dated. The under the stairs outside the door was dirty and that’s where the garbage and dirty linen is collected. Peeling paint, cheap side table in the living room. Small bathroom toilet and shower area. The closet on the other hand was overly large. "

"I can honestly say everything about this hotel was great, from check in to checkout. The location was perfect, close to everything, was there for a convention at the convention center, 20 mins, went to the improv 7 min, the mall 7 min. Would definitely stay again"

"I was met at the front desk my Hyatts associate Tiffany. She was very freindly kind and explained all about the hotel and the check in process. The issue was that the internet was not working and Tiffany could not finish the check in process. She tried both computers and nothing would work. She apologized profusely, offered a beverage, as i waited.After a short while Tiffany apologized again, abd told me that she would getme into my room and when the system came back on line, ahe would co tact...

"We are not of Hispanic descent and would have liked to have a regular American breakfast like scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and/or sausage gravy & toast. We don’t eat tacos & scrambled eggs for breakfast. The employees were very nice & helpful."

"Hotel was nice, quiet and clean. Staff that we engaged with were nice and helpful. Room with king bed was clean and comfortable. Loved that check-out was Noon instead of the standard 11am at most places. Didn't try the continental breakfast that was offered, so I can't provide a review on that part."

"I love this hotel, always presentable and friendly. Although I was a bit annoyed at how noisey it was due to so many kids. Running and yelling going down the halls, you had kids playing around in the elevators. I hope next time the hotel is more strict about quiet time when it comes to situations where there will be so many kids. "

"Great location! Plenty of walking available if you like. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Near main roads but very quiet and safe area. Staff was extremely accommodating with making sure we had a handicapped accessible room. Very pleased with the room, staff, location. Full breakfast every morning is included. I will most definitely stay here again "

"I came here for just a day over the weekend for a little get away with my girls and this place was great! The rooms were clean which was very important to me. The front desk was very kind both during check in and check out. It was also very quiet which was nice to not hear all the other guests. Would highly recommend! The hotel is located in a shopping mall and with 3 places to eat. Which is very convenient & the free breakfast was great as well also very clean. Definitely recommend! "
