I have not stayed in a Motel 6 since my college days 50 years ago. Was expecting the minimum--a bed, hopefully with no bed bugs and we got a newly remodeled room, a powerful shower with endless very hot water, and a front desk of smiling welcoming people.

I'll begin with, the front desk person was very helpful and prompt in attempting to resolve my issues. First, the bathroom was NOT clean, dirt and hair in the shower, toilet gross! The entire room needed to be cleaned again! Also, we called ahead and asked if there was a deposit, the person said no! When we arrived, there was a deposit! Overall experience...1/10!!

Bad service. I stay at toom 339 for 2 night. At 2nd day morning, i asking for a new towel to receiption, and she said the newtowel will be change by room service when they make up our room. When i get back there in the night, our room still mess, no one make up that room and no new towel. When im complain to receiption, instead of they deliver that towel to my room, she ask me to go to receiption room to grab it by my self. Will never back there again

The rooms smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, and the doors felt extremely unsafe even when locked. The bathrooms kept clogging, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The staff was rude and completely unwelcoming, showing little to no concern for guests. The entire building looked poorly maintained and in bad condition. On top of that, the bed sheets were dirty and had blood stains and other suspicious marks on them, which was honestly disgusting and unacceptable. What was supposed to be a relaxing stay turned into a stressful and unpleasant experience. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to rest and enjoy your trip, I strongly do NOT recommend staying here.

Liked the price Room NOT very clean Never had maid service Did it my self. Got my own clean towels. One person said leave dirt towel Another said bring them to office. Mixed Messages. Property VERY UNKEMPT .Emptied my own trash.Some Laundry machines not working. Had cigarette smoke & weed coming through the door from next door. Loud TV & Voices coming through door from next door. Door did not close 100%. Staff good. parking ok as long as you pay attention to the pot holes. Check out easy.
