"I will never stay at this place again. The night I checked in, it already gives me a bad impression in regards to this hotel. No front desk in the front. She just hide in the back of the office. She came out with a headphone on her neck. Bet she never hear me calling for attendant. Second reason, the smell so bad. A lots of hair (long hair) on the deck which you can tell no one cares to get a thorough house cleaning. Third, all furniture old and disgusting. You dont even want to seat your two packs down or get your skin touched on it. I didnt sleep all night due to the noise from next door. Not soundproof room pretty much. Overall, the worst one I had ever been."

"The resort is beautiful and had tons of activities for all ages. The restaurants were excellent and the staff was super customer oriented. We really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint is that the adults only pool area is part of the spa and you have to pay $50/day to swim there."

"The breakfast menu, although limited, could be better. The sausages and eggs were undercooked a few days into the stay. "

"The hotel was great and accommodating. The staff especially the girl overnight was amazing. The check in was great and really took care of us after flooding occurred in our house. My one pet was ok to stay with us! Thank you as you all truly know how to go out of your way to help through these hard times. The pool and hot tub were warm and amazing! We stay at places that keep their pool warm and maintained. Wish the pool can be opened later like 11 would be better. Keep up the great work"

"The establishment was nice and the room was nice but some of the staff were not very helpful and I felt they were being unexplainable rude to my family and guests making up rules for us specially. "

"Nothing to dislike. Super clean. Staff were great. We didn’t use the indoor HEATED pool or hot tub but area was very clean. Location was very walkable to great restaurants (Tuscan!) and independent coffee shops like Porch and Inspired. This trip we had chilly weather so we really enjoyed the electric fireplace in the room. This is our go-to Lake Geneva hotel."
