「Clean and comfortable room. Bobby the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. AP shuttle was a bit slow.」

「After 3 years of Covid, first time ever return to this once favorite hotel in Ohare, quite disappointed, Wifi not working, I check-in on Wed. night, the first clean of my room only done on Friday afternoon, even the house-keeper had very rude attitude. No idea what happened, forced me to change my stay to other hotel next time. 」

「I stayed friday-sunday and I had to switch rooms on Saturday due to my tub filling up/backing up as I took a shower but they waived the entire resort fee so I'm still sticking to my word that everything was perfect, rooms were very clean and peaceful, it felt like home away from home and I'll definitely be returning ☺️ 」
