The staff were super friendly and the check in process was fantastic especially since we arrived particularly late due to a delayed flight. The hotel itself is dated but cute. The downside is the water. They are on a well so the water has a sulfur smell. Due to the sulfur smell we cut our stay short but the staff was understanding and accommodating.

The hotel is old and well used. It is not equipped for handicapped individuals so baths or showers are out of the question. Friendly, helpful manager and staff. I would stay again for 1 to 2 nights.

This hotel needs a total renovation. Has awesome potential just needs someone to bring it back to life. Spiderwebs and spiders were throughout the room and the carpet needed vacuuming wouldn’t recommend staying there.

The room was very small with outdated furnishings. I could have lived with that but the water quality was horrible! The smell from water was atrocious and smelled like sewer, we had to use bottled water to even brush our teeth. The water made the whole room reek. I talked to the front desk and he assured me the water was safe but with that smell I wouldn't trust it.

Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly! He proved to be very helpful with other items throughout our stay, including helping us to switch to a new room when our air conditioning wasn't working. The hotel is certainly outdated and could use a good deep clean and updating. The view was gorgeous overlooking the river! All in all, it got us close enough to the concert (Country Thunder) without the overpriced price tag, which is what we wanted and knew we were getting.

Room had spiders/webs in corner, toilet seat was not fully screwed to toilet, extremely small TV had picture 3-4 inches smaller than screen, door to porch had foggy glass, paint/cement on porch was all peeling. We decided to leave and drive home after supper.

Unsafe water. Could not drink, bathe, or brush teeth. No wifi. Room key was erased due to close contact with phone. I would NEVER recommend this property to anyone.

Everything was ok except for the water, very strong sulphur smell. Could barely bathe in it and absolutely would not drink it. River view was nice but I was the only guest in the hotel for two days.

The place is old & run down. Old dirty carpet, bathtub was gross. Water came out brown to start, then cleared. Water smells of rotten eggs. Desk person was impersonal. Wave bar is permanently closed, but no mention on their website. Avoid if possible, will never stay here again
