"Carpet looks like it needs to be cleaned. coffee machine wasn't clean. Water in the shower was lukewarm. excellent location and staff. Beds were very comfortable. Clean towels. Television would freeze Breakfast was delicious."

There were many hot and cold choices, and everything was delicious. The hotel is also only minutes from stores, restaurants, and downtown Lake Geneva."
