「The room was filthy. The aheets were wet and smelled like urine. The attendant gave us a second room and it was gross too. He lied and said he wasnt the manager to get me out of his lobby after promising that his manager would approve our refund. Then when expedia called to get the refund, he denied it.... He was the manager the whole time.... I am still fighting to get my money back. But do not make the same mistake i did. This place is bad news. Go literally anywhere else.」

「I received a text asking if I needed anything. I needed extra pillows but didn't receive any. There was a coffee maker in the room. It was dirty and no cups in the room No hand towels, only 2 rough feeling "bath" towels The best reason to stay? It's right across jumping on i90 expressway which is what i needed. 「Stayed on a Monday after Easter & loved that there was no one around. The location is great and right across from the lake (even tho it was cold & windy while we were there) We just wanted to chill & the sauna was the perfect answer. There were massages on premises if you wanted. The front desk girl, I'm sad to say, I didn't get her name, but she was delightful & very helpful. She definitely helped make us feel welcome. The suites are spacious & supplies were more than we expected for our stay....
