「At check-in it was pointed out that I had reserved a handicapped room, which I did not do. Apparently the travel app that I used chose that room, and the manager switched it to a regular room for me. Maybe someone who really needed that room would come in. The manager also signed me up for the Hilton Honors program, so next time I will use that to book my stay. The rooms are very clean thanks to the cleaning staff who come in every other day to provide fresh towels, make the bed, and tidy up.」

「I’ve been looking for a hotel we can stay on my business trip in St. Charles. I think this is going to be the one. The location is great. The bed is comfortable. 」

「Pro: The room was spacious and clean. I love the fact that we had a microwave and fridge in the room. The bed was super comfy as well. Con: On several occasions we hard a dog barking and people talking in the hall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it for the money you pay. It was almost $30.00 for two of us. I get a better free continental breakfast at other hotels. 」

「Stayed here for two nights,place is nice and clean,staffs are very friendly. Only problem is they don’t provide you free WiFi like other hotels, I been charged $9.95 for internet service which is I tried to sign up but wasn’t able to and never used」
