The room was in good condition. The lights over the nightstand didn't work. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and don't forget to add breakfast to your room when you reserve it. The ice machine was out the last two days of our stay. And they ran out of quarters for the laundry machines.

The young man who checked me in was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel was very convenient to Culver’s and there is other dining if you don’t mind a bit if a drive.

Loved the stay. I wish the pool was a little warmer but it was really clean. The older lady that workers at night had a little bit of an attitude the first couple nights but she was okay after that. Would come back for a stay!

Fabulous 2 night stay in total comfort!

This was our first time booking at The Hilton in St. Charles, but frequently book at other hotels and inns in the same town. Based on the condition, friendly staff, cleanliness, this won't be our last booking here and will book here more often. You get your choice of an individualized made to order breakfast or you can choose the buffet. The food is high quality and AMAZING..... especially the scrambled eggs being so fluffy, moist, and a tiny hint of sweetness and the sausage! We had a wonderful stay! The inn has been renovated recently and is still undergoing I hear.
