「The place was clean and very nice and quite the upgrade from the Marriott courtyard. I had stayed the night before.」

「The room was filthy but the real issue came during the final night. From midnight to 3 am, I was constantly disturbed by loud noises outside my room. There was consistent walking, heavy crashing sounds as if someone was dropping something, and to top it off, around 2 am, a staff member began shoveling snow right outside my window. 「The room was really clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, we had everything we needed and it is located in a really cool area- I was hesitant about not staying in Lake Geneva, however, I actually thing this area is even better- a chill lake vibe with a great cafe, adorable little bar and ice cream shop that you can walk to. There is a public beach right across the street and an amazing marina right in the backyard. The bar and restaurant look great too. 」

「This was by far the most horrible dirty and awful customer service hotel we’ve ever had to stay at. EVERYTHING was filthy! They moved us to a second room and it was led filthy but stunk like stale dirty sheets. I pulled all the covers off the bed to make sure they were at least clean and the manager on duty ridiculed me.
