「It’s a nice place to stay without breaking the bank. Easy drive to Richmond, McHenry or even Crystal Lake. Parking was fine and the view was nice. 」

「Unfortunately I can not leave a good review for this hotel.. although the staff were excellent, the conditions of the hotel were terrible. The hallways smelled horrible and were not clean. Our room was disgusting the floors and bathroom… I had to ask the staff for a broom and mop and after having to wash the mop like 10 times I was able to use it. Once I started cleaning the hotel room floor I had to change the water like 3 times because it was that dirty... Breakfast was not that great and...

「A wonderful family-friendly experience with such kind hosts. They have some ducks that wonder the property and had left lettuce out for use to feed them. The continental breakfast was perfect with warm fresh from scratch muffins in the morning. I would 100% recommend!」

「They charged me a deposit of $50 and they still haven't returned it to me and it's been more than 10 hours in addition the Hotel smelled wet very bad presentation」

「The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the indoor pool!」

「I mentioned twice that I was leaving 1 day early and dropped key, but was still charged for extra day. There was no shampoo when I took a shower in the refilled bottles. Then, when reported they took all the towels except one which I used for the rest of the trip as I was out early and back late. Also, the security door was non functioning. Overall, cheap, but crummy. As the only place in town, they could do better.」
