My stay was for work which happened to be working overnight. There was hot coffee brewing at all times with fresh cookies and lemon water available. The room was clean with having a microwave and small refrigerator added plus! Breakfast was served at 6:30 which could have been a bit earlier but that was because I came back to the room by 5. However, the breakfast was hot an a variety to choose from. Waffles, French toast, egg, sausage, bacon etc. Bruce, at the front counter when checking me out was very knowledgeable of the few questions I had for my next week return stay. I was extremely happy with the location of the place, staff and how clean this establishment was. Parking lot well lit an clean. Price was very affordable as I needed a place to sleep. Many restaurants near by to enjoy. Thank you again Comfort Inn and staff!

Parked a Stinky dumpster in Handicap parking spot. trees, shrubs and grass needed to be attended too. Our room was missing a lounge chair. It was in pictorials of the rooms but ours had none.

The front desk was friendly, the guy at the breakfast room has amazing service. Just I ask to clean something inside of my room and take the garbage out ...(we stayed for 3 days ) and they said I can used the towel for clean the floor and the garbage they will take out once we leave (I'm so upset for that, we like to have clean our rooms, but with kids it's sometimes difficult)

Hotel was just as described. Room was spacious, and clean, Comfy beds. Lobby smelled of smoke so I was worried but our room was very nice. The girl at the desk was super friendly and did her best to be helpful at all times. Every time I left or came back, the staff asked if I needed anything. Thank you.😊

I had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Inn Crystal Lake – Algonquin. The service was above average—truly excellent. Everything was clean, and my room had all the essentials, including thoughtful touches like a writing pad and pen, which are often overlooked at other hotels. The breakfast was enjoyable, and I was especially impressed with the hospitality from the food staff and front desk team. The cookies and coffee available for guests were a nice added touch. I also appreciated the small business area and the flexibility to stay in the lobby after checkout to finish some work. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely stay here again.

The rooms could use an update, a lot of previous damage in our room. Did’t partake of breakfast. Staff were friendly. Room could have used fresh towels and the garbaged removed at least once during our 4day/3 night stay.
