"The trip was a 10/10 stay for us. The front desk staff was incredible from the moment we walked in. Lovely was who helped us and she made everything so easy and quick. She helped get us checked in early, helped with parking, and even breakfast! The pool is heated to the perfect temperature. The restaurant staff were polite, quick, and on it! Would definitely recommend highly and would stay again. Thank you for a relaxing, clean, and compassionate stay!"

"If you don’t have any intention to visit downtown Chicago then you’d love this place. It’s very close to the outlets but to get to downtown Chicago is an hour each way especially with all the construction going on right now. Uber is not cheap either. It was $90 there and $88 back. Hotel is clean and staff was nice."
