"We arrived at the hotel extremely early do to flight change and alan at the front desk of the riverside Hotel made sure we we're not inconvenienced found a room witch was an upgrade for a couple of dollars...definitely coming back."

"The staff were very polite and the rooms were neat and clean. The only thing I can complain about is one of the rolls of toilet paper was entirely stained brown and floors in room was sticky. Other than that it was pleasant."

"The hotel was decent. My only complaints are that the shuttle took 50 mins to pick us up at the airport. We saw other hotels come by us 2-3 times before we git picked up. I also wanted to do a load of laundry before we headed to the ship and they didn't have change for the machines. Need more seating in breakfast area. Bathroom floor needs a deep cleaning. Positives: Staff at the hotel was nice. Room decent. Quiet. Halls were keep clean an free if odors. I would stay again for a night or two "
