「I stayed at this property a couple of times within a couple of times and each time i had problems with the shower and no hot water. It took at least 24 to 36 hours to get the problem resolved. I had two vouchers, one from each stay for two complimentary stays. When i attempted to use the vouchers, with multiple email exchanges that took over a month where they kept denying my dates and other terrible customer experience i had encountered, they are not allowing me use both vouchers together...

「The best thing about the stay is the housekeeping department. Our room was very clean, and I am very picky! The housekeeping staff is the best part of this property, and they deserve raises. 「This was the second time we've stayed at the Surfsider. The first time was five years ago, in May 2021. Miss Sam took good care of us both times. Camilo & Cinnamon were very accommodating, too. Cinnamon even printed out a map to the Cuban restaurant we were trying out for the first time. This place is a hidden gem.
