「We booked our stay at this hotel based on the reviews. Our first impression of the hotel was a bit strange. Our interaction with the front desk was very cold. My wife and I felt as we were a bother to the front desk staff as well as the coworkers in the front entrance. No greeting, Not even a hello. The room was ok. Dated! The air conditioning unit was so loud, it would wake me up at night when it went on. Mind you it was just replaced according to the Manager. If you stay at this hotel...

「Not very happy with stay. First, staff upon arrival weren't very professional or friendly and seemed pretty disorganized. Throughout the entire trip one of the two elevators was down with multiple occasions of guests being trapped on a stuck elevator. 「There wasn’t anything I came across that needed immediate attention other than the commode tank was awfully warm the water intake was hot… I reported it, seems they may have had repair done and the hook up is wrong… they said they’d have someone come look but no one came… it wasn’t affecting our stay and I did report it. I am not going to chase that it was reported. That’s on them.」
