「It was not bad. But you can tell they slapped renovations on into the rooms. The bathroom was not renovated at all neither were the hallways. The balcony door had rust on it and was kind of dirty. The cafe was really nice and the lobby area was great as well. Staff was nice enough. The coffee was great in the cafe and it is open from 7am to 2pm. But it definitely looks better on the outside and in pictures than in real life. Got a good deal so can’t complain tbh.」

「Exceeded expectations, high value, clean and tropical/modern. Common areas lovely, location excellent, Beds comfortable as was the pullout sofa which was a surprise. Only minor issue was that breakfast was "okay" (kids would have preferred plain waffles vs. buckwheat, and we found the hot water for tea tasted a bit like coffee). Staff were helpful, friendly and work hard - tips not expected but they were very much appreciated! AC was great! This place would be excellent for families with kids...

「This Hilton hotel fell short of my expectations. The hallway was okay, but it had a dog smell. The beddings were not ironed and also smelled bad. We requested a change of beddings on the second day, but we were unsure if they had reused the same ones since the pillowcases were all crumpled. As a family of four, we were provided with three towels, three washcloths, and one hand towel, which seemed odd. When the housekeeping cleaned the room, she didn’t replace the hand towel on the floor and only...

「I paid for it online through Expedia. Did not know you needed another $1,000 down when you check in. which was unexpected so we couldn’t do what we wanted. paid for amenities and parking but did not use any amenities. And we had to do valet, even though we didn’t NEED it. Very nice property but read and review everything before you pay for it because it was a waste to me!」

「Good price for the proximity of the ocean; however the pillows were horrid, we found a HUGE roach about 2 inches long the last night we were there. The swimming pool was hot and a little murky looking when we first got there. After the storm went through the night before checkout, it looked clear the next morning. The description said they had a place for onsite storage of luggage and then I was told they did not the night before checkout so we left at 11am to go sit at the airport for several...

「The location was excellent with close access to the beach, park, and walkable restaurants. Very clean and nicely decorated. There was a nice courtyard/ green space that was well kept up. Very quiet in the evenings. It was advertised with a queen bed, but there was only a double when we checked in. Still waiting for our damage deposit .」
