「Very nice for family travel . Lots of space in rooms . Walking distance to shops and beach.」

「I would have appreciated a towel change and the waste baskets being emptied midway between our stay. Our room was not serviced the entire time during our stay. I would have really appreciated at least clean washcloths and hand towels, but was not provided with either. The room was very, very clean, but had a very, very strong smell of cleaning products which was very offputting.」

「This was the second time we've stayed at the Surfsider. The first time was five years ago, in May 2021. Miss Sam took good care of us both times. Camilo & Cinnamon were very accommodating, too. Cinnamon even printed out a map to the Cuban restaurant we were trying out for the first time. This place is a hidden gem. My only complaint was the hot water in the second bathroom wasn't working when I showered but my husband was also showering in the master bath so that probably accounts for it. Other...

「The best thing about the stay is the housekeeping department. Our room was very clean, and I am very picky! The housekeeping staff is the best part of this property, and they deserve raises. 「Dee Jay Beach resort is a great place to stay in Lauderdale by the Sea. Not only us it in a great location, our efficiency was comfortable and roomy. The owner was on site and attended to any needs we had. The backyard was a nice respite from the hectic travel and had a pool and lounge chairs to relax and rest.
