「Small hotel with unbeatable location right on Vilano Beach with short drive to downtown St. Augustine. All rooms have an ocean view with small balcony (though first floor may be partially obstructed by sand dunes (we were on second floor)). Hotel is very pet friendly (and dogs are allowed on the beach). Friendly/helpful staff. No pool; breakfast decent not great. Still worth it.」

「Great location for our trip to st Augustine. We came for our babymoon and my pregnant wife was able to walk to everything downtown in the historic district as well as the shrine. We had a car that we could leave parked at the hotel for free and take down to the beach. Breakfast was great. The employees are all awesome and friendly. Take advantage of the happy hour. 「Excellent small motel with great location across the bridge from the St Augustine old town. Room was a nice size with a direct view of the water and a view of old town on the other side of the channel. Appetizers served 5-6 in the evening. A nice breakfast is served in the mornings. No disappointments at all! All of the staff was friendly and helpful. A wonderful stay!」

「The property is being renovated, and so the pool was not functional, but I knew this ahead of time, and the staff member told me that I could cancel and get a full refund. I chose to stay here anyway and it was a treasure! The property is dated (only one three prong plug in the whole suite for my laptop) but the staff were super, and the room was extremely spacious. 「The room was clean. The staff was helpful especially the day staff member When we got to our room the TV did not work (no signal). When someone came to our room we were told the TV was broken and we had no cable and that we could only get local channels only, which buffered frequently. There were no other rooms available for us to be moved. We were however given a discount on our room because of the inconvenience. 」
