Clean room close to the music venue we were attending. Staff was nice. Perfect for what we needed it for. My only complaint was key accessed through Virdee app. Great in theory, however the app wasn't working so we ended up with physical keys anyway. I would stay here again.

The property is advertised offering digital check in. The app required for check in was not functional for the pre check in process. I had to place a call to complete this process before checking in. When checking in there was also an issue with getting a digital key on my phone. Not a contact free property as advertised. I was given key cards for the room by the housekeeping staff at check in, as were others checking in at the same time.

The hotel was as expected! The floors were sticky and there was an air purifier in the room but the filter light was on and the filter was dirty. There was a dog in the room next doo that we heard barking loudly until we called and then it was resolved! The traffic noise didn’t bother me, the AC unit is a bit noisy but I love the noise to fall asleep to. The customer service team was very quick and helpful when I called once about the dog (they didn’t have any rooms to move us to but they did reach out to the room to ask them to resolve this), and I also called again because our mobile room key stopped working. We waited outside for 10-15 mins and the housekeeper brought us 2 physical keys that worked the rest of the stay. The beds are definitely not super comfortable and the pillows were very thin. Not bad for 1-2 nights if you’re looking on the more affordable side!

Clean. Cute theme, which was coordinated inside and out. No staff on sight, but was prompt and courteous help by phone. I really wanted to love this place, and recommend it: but… Terrible check in system!!! App wouldn’t work, spent way too much of my time in advance, day before, and day off trying to get it to work. Still was a failure. Mattress needs replaced! Maybe okay if you weigh 100lbs or less. Both of our backs are sore, from two nights of the mattress!

Property was great. Location too. The check in system sucked. It would be better to have someone there to check people in and out instead of using the app. We had to wait for someone to personally deliver room keys to us because the app wasnt able to unlock our doors

Worst customer service in our whole travels across the Country. The app to get into your room never works and no one answers the phone when you call for help. The rooms are small. AC doesn’t work. We got locked out of our room several times and had to wait for over an hour to get in. We were in St Aug for business and we were unable to change for meetings as a result of the poor service here. They are way too focused on their flamingo wallpaper and should focus way more on the quality of stay.

I stayed 3 nights. I never had warm water for a shower. No manager on site. Phone number always 'busy'. First text said "they were aware" of the problem. No fixing. No resolution. No compensation. I waited 6 days before writing this review hoping they would make things right. Nope. Digital hotels w/ no humans to interface with makes it easier for owners to ignore the customer. Lesson learned.

Nice place to stay

It was a nice room. The only issues we had was the water in our shower was not hot or even warm. The water in the sink was hot. Plus the lights outside could come through into the room with the blinds and it would have been better if we could block that out. We did not try to go to the lobby or pool area due to time and weather

Honest review: Pros: Safe location, great coffee, no bugs Cons: black mold in the room, HEAVY mold scent (I know it’s humid) contactless check-in which could lead to problems and have to download and use an app, dirty walls- if the areas easy to see are dirty, what does that say about the hard to see areas? Overall- decent, love supporting local however this isn’t really local if there are no staff on the property. Wouldn’t stay again.

Quaint and perfect for my date night. It's like a South Beach Miami hotel on the Island. Food and drink all around it. We stayed in the smaller room and chose the larger one. Easy parking, bikes to use... fresh ground expresso, cappuccino , coffee machine in lobby. Fresh tacos across the road. I would recommend this hotel and stay again.
