Room was very clean! Breakfast was good for a continental style menu, the area is safe, only 1.2 walkable miles to the Castillo de San Marcos. The property was super well lit with Christmas lights and rooms were cozy and remodeled.

Room was not as clean as I feel it should have been. Used lotions and shampoo in bathroom, previous persons hair in bathroom and bed . Sitting chair so stained . Parking limited. Staff were wonderful and decent breakfast.

I had a great experience at the hotel. I originally booked a room with one king bed, but I realized I actually needed two queen beds. The front desk agent was extremely friendly and promptly changed my room without any issues. Excellent customer service!

One Night Stay in St. Augustine, FL

This hotel is located within walking distance to the Fountain of Youth and the trolley depot. It is a little far when walking to shopping and restaurants. We did manage to walk though. The hotel was perfect for what I needed it for, a one night stay to see St. Augustine with my friend. The front desk staff was very welcoming, which I appreciated.

The air quality in the room made my wife sick We turned on heat to take the chill off in the room and it smelled awful and set off the CO detector. The comfort of the bed was fine and staff were very friendly.
