"The location is good for getting to Vancouver downtown with the skytrain. Swimming pool great for relaxing. There's construction going on in the facility, at the moment, so that can be distracting."

Apart from the large, comfortable, clean rooms, it was the entire staff that showed care, compassion, friendliness and efficiency. They made a stressful situation less so. This hotel is also coveniently 1 km from the Trans Canada highway."

"We waited an hour for shuttle service from the airport. Shuttle in the morning was booked for when we needed it as it fills fast so we ended up taking an Uber instead. Not too much of an issue as it is close to the Airport. "

"An excellent hotel with five-star facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we were lucky to be allocated one with bay views. However, the layout of the lower floors is a bit confusing. The main entrance leads directly into the bar area, with reception located behind and below, and the reception entrance situated in the alley behind the hotel. While not a major issue, clearer signage would be beneficial. "
