「我們到達酒店5:10pm，沒有地方辦理入住登記.我們只好進入餐廳尋問，原來在餐廳登記，餐廳服務員用了二十分鐘，找不到我入住的資料，我提供入住信息之後，他們叫我自行去餐廳後面的房間，沒有給我們鎖匙、沒人帶領我們，我們找了十分鐘才找到房間，房間很小、樓層很矮，站着伸手可及電風扇，感覺進了鳥巢，房間沒有網絡，沒有咖啡壺，沒有電視，家俱很舊，感覺相片跟現實相差太遠，浴簾也得自己安裝上去，第一次有這種入住體驗。」

「Hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and receptive. Their dogs (hypoallergic poodles) were the cutest to play with and well-behaved. The room itself (Library Room) is cozy and rustic with more than enough things we needed. Some items like toothpaste are lacking but I'm sure that if you ask the hosts, you'll be able to get one anyway. Overall, the experience was incredible and I would recommend this place to everyone! Just note that the location is rather detached from most places and it gets...

「洗手间马桶抽水是坏的，冲完水不复位，半夜我小孩上完洗手间冲完水，按钮不复位，马桶的水就一直在放流，而且声音很响，直接给我吵醒了，刚到加拿大，倒时差中，后面就没睡着了。」

「We had a fabulous stay at the Susie Pearl. The suite we were in was spacious and thoughtfully decorated. The breakfast was delicious both days. They had everything we needed. Coffee, tea, water and a few extra breakfast items. The towels were fluffy and the bed was so comfortable. We were too early in the year to enjoy the pool but the back yard was lovely. We briefly met both the owners and they were friendly and engaging. If we find ourselves in Kelowna we would not hesitate to stay here...
