「We checked in and discovered molds on bed sheets. The staff changed us to another room, but the toilet fan in that room is broken. Amenities are stingily insufficient. No kettle in the room so we asked for one. The staff said they will send it to our room but they clearly forgot about that. They did sound nice but not being helpful at all. One of the worst hotels we stayed given the price. Not recommended.」

「Upon arrival we did not receive the accommodation we booked and paid for. We booked 2 beds and only 1 bed was at the property. On top of this we had to beg for the access codes for the property. When we told them this is not what we had booked they sent us to another property in another city, again totally different from what we booked. We did not end up staying at the second location as this was an occupied family house with shared rooms upstairs and we did not feel comfortable at this location...

「Location is great… but updating is needed for the room and bathrooms… curtain was smelly… beddings and pillows can be replaced with a new stock.. after so many years of use.」
