"This place was very disappointing. When we arrived to check in, one staff member was on the phone speaking loudly and sounded upset. I was trying to check in with another staff member, but the noise made it difficult to hear the person assisting me. As someone who travels often, I have never encountered such an unwelcoming atmosphere. The staff member helping us was not particularly friendly either. I considered leaving right away but stayed to avoid being charged a fee. When we entered the room, there was a strong Febreze smell that made it hard to breathe. We kept the window open all day, but the smell lingered. We also noticed that our neighbour had placed their room service dishes outside their door in the early evening. By late the next morning, when we were leaving our room, those dishes were still there. I would not choose to stay here again and would not recommend it."

"We were able to check in at 2pm, staff was lovely, room was great. Note if you have a dining credit you must charge to your room to receive the credit. Was a great stay."
