I chose this hotel because of the free airport transfer but got more for my money. The hotel is surrounded by nice shops and restaurants, with a green, leafy park at the back where you can take a walk, run, or jog. My room was spacious and clean, and the shower was excellent. I also like that hotel uses shampoo/soap dispensers instead of tiny bottles. A win for the environment! Staff was courteous and kind as well. Highly recommended.

When my wife and I arrived at the airport we apparently just missed the shuttle to the hotel and when we called the front desk person told us we should get a taxi to the hotel and that the hotel would cover the bill which is absolutely fantastic service. The free breakfast was good and my only complaint was the lack of accessible plug-ins in our room. Apparently this property was renovated not so long ago and I was surprised that there was no USB-power ports and the 1 AC port on my side of the bed was situated so awkwardly that it would not fit my multi-port USB charging block. I mentioned this at the front deska nd was promptly provided with an extension bar which I could plug into the outlet and then use to plug in my multi-port charger,.

My friend and I stayed for 2 nights. Once again no communication between staff and residents again . We got told that we didn't need to make reservation to the YVR airport because we were not traveling and we got told that the next day we needed to make reservation for the shuttle bus we had issues before they changed their names from quality Inn to comfort inn. My friend and I ended up taking the public transportation to get to the SkyTrain. I hope the agent that gave us the information did not get fired from her job. My friend and I had a restful sleep. The bed was too hard. It was definitely not comfortable.
