The hotel and all of the staff were outstanding! This boutique hotel is a real gem. It was super clean and well-kept. The staff were the most helpful, attentive and friendly I have ever encounteted. The location is another positive element, walking distance to shops, restaurants and even the water's edge. Highly recommend!!

The room was spotless, the staff went above and beyond our expectations. We forgot our phone charges so we asked the front desk and they promptly arrived with 2 for us. The front desk staff and doorman were so kind. The doorman saw that I had an armful of shopping bags, so he went to the extent of pushing the elevator buttons for me so I didn't have to. The check in and check out process was quick and they called us in our room to make sure the room was to our liking. We would definitely stay there again.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. The service was top notch from the moment we arrived until we left. The room was large with a huge balcony. The bed was heavenly as was the shower. location was fantastic, I would be happy to stay here again! Valet was quick & the guy was very friendly. Thanks L’Hermitage!
