"Breakfast was excellent. But the bath tub is clogged and tub itself is dirty. I understand that they only do quick cleaning but this was not acceptable. Counter top was dirty that previous guest's k-cup still in the machine."

Definitely the first floor in the port building has issues with continuous fan noise, so try to get a place in the starboard building or on the second floor."
