⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very comfortable stay in Vancouver! We had a great experience staying here! The room was super comfortable, and the check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We even had the chance to meet the owners in person, and they were very friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was also great; everything looked new and well maintained. The only small concern was that the bathtub felt a little unstable, almost as if it might give way through the floor, so that could be something worth checking. The best part is that the place is only a 15-minute Uber ride from the airport, which was incredibly convenient! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The place was comfortable, the owners were lovely, and everything went smoothly. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver! 😊

Looks decent enough in pictures but the privacy is very low, can hear everything from the other rooms, doors all rattle when any door in the house is open or closed, very noisy corner property on busy street. Parking for 3 isn't possible or even 2 for that matter and run the risk of being blocked in. Overall, yuck!

There should be a small sign with the name 'Charming Family Hotel'. Furthermore, the annoying, continuous beeping noise from the alarm in the room must be eliminated.

Pros: okay location, room 203 has its own washroom, toiletries are provided. It has refrigerator, microwave, tea, coffee, cups and dish soap ready for you to use. Cons: I find it dirty and muggy. I am glad I brought pillows (supposed to be for the kids during the car ride). I stayed here as it was the cheapest place I can find, thinking that I will only need it to sleep in. I will not do it again. I realize it’s good to be comfortable and trust that the sheets and pillows are clean.

The drawer by the beds was full of crumbs never been cleared. The first night we had old stained and stinky pillows & after I complained one bed got new pillows. We had one towel each for 3 days that smelled like dirty feet. The outside had garbage which attracted the rats. This home needs a professional cleaning .
