Stayed for three nights and did not receive room service even once. The staff also failed to inform us that guests are still required to pay for parking, which resulted in a $260 parking fine. This was a brief layover stay between flights but the hotel was near YVR and provided a free shuttle service to and from. The service proved to be very efficient with 24 hour service and trips every half hour. Check-in by Kevin was friendly and helpful, offering overnight availability. The hotel interior is well maintained and the room was top quality, warm and clean. I would be very satisfied with a longer stay.
