"Air conditioner was broken. Maint. was called and they told us if it didn't come on in 20 min. to let the desk know. It did not come on and we were moved to another room. Employees, desk, bell, etc. were VERY polite and helpful."

The room was pleasant enough but the platform for the bed was wider than the mattress and, as a result, I badly bruised my shin. The bed itself was comfortable, but the pillow were too hard and too thick for comfort."
