"Location was great! Pick-up and drop off area is very limited. We were given a bottle of wine at check-in. Coffee and tea pods in room were nice. Good storage in room. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast available, but side of ham was the size of 4 pepperoni slices- very thin and small- not worth the price that was charged. Waffle looked nice, but we didn’t try that. Omelette was very small and not as expected."

"Fell in love with Vancouver and a huge part of that was the River Rock Resort. All the staff in this establishment were so friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived we were impressed with their care and attention to guests. The casino was impressive, even to someone who lives in Las Vegas. Food choices on property with varied both in choice and prices. We loved sitting on the patio at the Chairman's Room overlooking the river having a local brew. Having the Canadian Sky Train across the street made access to downtown Vancouver, Stanley Park, the Vancouver Airport, the Cruise Terminal, and so much more easy-peasy and extremely inexpensive."

I then prepared an envelope with her and passed it on to her. When i checked out there was no amounts and a day after check-out I received an email"
